Established in 1996 Penny Roberts Cookery School has become truly an international affair specialising in Galley Cooking, Galley Cook Training and Management, attended by students from all four corners of the globe.  Based on the beautiful Spanish island of Mallorca an ideal centre for the global yachting industry to train it's crews.

The Schools reputation for preparing cooks, stewards and stewardesses to a very high standard is now well established.  Yacht Owners and Skippers in the private and charter yacht business are keen to recruit professional personnel who have attended the ‘Galley Cooking and Interior Management' course.

In addition to these core business activity the School is now proud to be able to offer a range of support services to the yacht industry.
